From a tired masthead to a new identity, a heritage editorial site, and a member's-only direct programme that returned the property's direct bookings to majority share within ten months.
A monthly long-form journal and a paid programme built around it. Average customer acquisition cost fell to a third of the category benchmark by month nine of the programme, and the editorial property itself became a meaningful brand asset.
Built the in-house team, ran the rebrand, and stewarded the e-commerce relaunch. Eleven months in, handed the work to the in-house director we helped them hire. We still get an annual Christmas card.
